About Me

I hope this will give you some sort of insight into who I am, I hope it comes across as fun as well as professional.

Do you love the question, "what do you do?". I love this question the first few times during Xmas Lunch (as everyone loves to talk about themselves), but by the 15th time I tend to make up stories, ie. I'm a secret agent working undercover for the Balinese Government, or I'm a pet detective working for the fisheries, etc.
What really gets my goat is when a good Friend/Uncle/Cousin says "oh, we really needed one of those two weeks ago" :(
I don't really mind that they use someone else, but most of the time I could have saved them thousands of dollars and possibly made money too. If only they knew I was here to help.

It reminds me of what Bob Burg says in his Audiobook "How to Cultivate a Network of Endless Referrals" - he states "...it's not who you know. It's who knows you, and knows what you do that counts".

So here's what I'm about:
I love people! I love getting to know people - I love hearing about people who overcome personal or professional ruin and build themselves back up stronger then they were before.

What else I do:
I love houses! I love designing homes, I love designing allotments to suit the homes. I love all forms of real estate, I love reading about developing and investing in real estate, I love stories of how the average Joe who owns a fish and chips shop has grown his portfolio from nothing, to over ten in a few short years.
